Engineering & Testing Services
From geo-technical investigation to non-destructive testing, condition surveys, building material testing and mix designs.
Site Sampling
Borrow area soil, existing pavement crust materials, in-situ tests (CBR, compaction), quarries and mines (fine and coarse aggregate) and core cutting.
Determination of SBC & Field Data Collection
Plate Load Test, Standard Penetration Test (SPT) and Traffic Survey.
Non-Destructive Testing & Monitoring
Rebound hammer, UPV, half cell potentiometer, carbonation, cover meter, span load, pile load, pile integrity, BBD, FWD, NSV, axle load and road roughness tests.
Structural Condition Survey of Pavement
Using characteristic deflection and remaining life of pavement through non-destructive / destructive techniques.
Functional Condition Survey of Pavement
Visual inspection and assessment of the pavement surface, and functional condition using roughness, rutting and skid resistance.
Structural Condition Survey of Structure
Using NDTs like UPV, rebound hammer and half cell potentiometer, or destructive tests like core cutting and testing.
Functional Condition Survey of Structure
Visual inspection and assessment of buildings, bridges, flyovers, ROBs and underpasses, and functional condition by span load test.
Building Material Test – Mechanical Properties
Mechanical testing of soil, cement, aggregates, steel, bitumen, bricks, tiles, pipes, paints, wood, stone and more as per IS codes.
Building Material Test – Chemical Properties
Chemical analysis of soil, cement, water, steel, admixtures, fly ash, zinc coating, mortar ratio and more as per IS codes.
Mix Designs
Mix designs for GSB, WMM, CTB, CTSB, bituminous mixes, PQC, DLC, normal grade, high performance and self-compacting concrete.
Quality Management, Audits & Training
Pre delivery inspection, independent third-party stage-wise audits, quality management and advisory, project management and training of site staff.
